SUMMER: Gene was in Austria at the Outreach festival where "Journey of a Blues Melody' was premiered, as well as many workshops, composition lectures, and arrangements for a Haiti benefit. In Greece the piano concerto 'Reinventions' performed by Matt Herskowitz and a new violin concerto 'The Modes' premiered by Miltos Papastamou, both with the Absolute Ensemble, Kristjan Jarvi conducting. videos: Reinventions - The Modes	- In September 2010 the launching of Composers Concordance Records, Distributed by Naxos. Gene is a co-director. First release: "Ballets & Solos'. Genes compositions 'A Challenge to the Dark' for chamber ensemble and 'Dead Souls' for solo guitar will be included.	- On September 28th Anne Akiko Meyers releases 'The Seasons...Dreams' on E1 Entertainment featuring Gene's 'Sakura Sakura Variations'

- Martin Kuuskmann is premiering 'Suite Concerto' for bassoon and wind ensemble with Fredonia State's wind ensemble on the 23rd.
- International Street cannibals presents Telemarketing Telemman on the 20th, 'Trio' for 2 violins and viola will be premiered.
- On the 10th the First concert of the monthly series called The Club. 20 artists presenting a 45 minuet show with music, poetry, art. Presented in a new and exciting format.

Matthias kronsteiner and the Tactus Ensemble. Matthias won the inaugural Contemporary Performance Program Concerto
Competition with 'Essentially Tragic'.
- The piano concerto ‘Reinventions’ to be toured and performed in Canada and the USA with
pianist Simone Dinnerstein and the Absolute Ensemble click

- Gene is the Composer-in-Residence at William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. He will have numerous premieres and
performances of his music. On March 10th and 11th concerts of Gene's music will be featured on the 14th Annual
